Your toy was handmade using natural material. Woodgrain and color vary and will be unique as well as any markings created by nature. This means there are no two of your item ever created!

WHY DOES MY PACKAGE LOOK LIKE THIS?

We love cute packaging! However we also love the planet, all our packaging materials and boxes are recycled.

WHY WILL MY ORDER TAKE 2-8 WEEKS TO SHIP?

Your item is handmade and most items are made to order. Sometimes orders come in faster than I can cut and paint them, but I promise you I am doing everything I can to get it to you asap! All orders from our “Ready to Ship” collection ship within 5 business days!

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SOONER?

Please send us a message and let us know and we will work with you! We can guarantee the item will be shipped by a certain date (if needed), but cannot account for or be responsible for how long USPS will take to get it to your door especially at these uncertain times.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely! Being from Europe myself and having lived in many different countries, I would love to have my products travel the world. Please message us for shipping rates.

HOW TO CLEAN WOOD TOYS?

Wood is porous which means you should not submerge in water. Make a solution of diluted mild soap then dampen a cloth with the solution. Let air dry. To maintain your wood toys and keep them nice for a long time, apply a thin coat of beeswax once in a while.

CAN WE GET REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR OUR TOYS?

Though we cannot guarantee it, we will do our best to offer a replacement piece for your item. If something happens to one of the pieces of your toy, please send us a message!

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

We love custom orders of any kind! Just reach out to us via our contact page! Please note, custom orders may have a longer turn around time due to the designing process.

ARE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS ALWAYS IN STOCK?

Since most items are made to order, items will show in stock on the website. During busy seasons the available items may be limited so as not to overwhelm the mama behind this business.
